Our client is a leading telecoms operator based in Brussels they need an analyst that will be able to ensure services designed by the engineer teams meet the IT and business SLAs. The successful candidate will define the functional requirements and how they are to be supported after they go into the production environment.
Key factors involved are stability, quality, performance and scalability, as well as security, maintainability and support.
Applicants who do not have experience of business analysis, ITIL and who do not speak French, Dutch and English will not be considered for interview. Those with knowledge of Internet technologies will be at an advantage.
