TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for Logging, Diagnosing & resolving incidents by email, telephone and incident logging system

Accurately diagnose fault calls to enable a quick resolution with minimum inconvenience to the end user

Ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date in order to share knowledge with the rest of the team

Technical Support Analyst to provide a high quality customer experience to all customers

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS

Windows 2008 Server Admin
Windows 7 Pro
HP Routers/Switches
Cisco Networking

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST MUST HAVE

Able to use common sense and a customer-orientated approach to maintain the levels of service expected

Enthusiastic and confident in dealing with customers, colleagues and management using all channels of communication

Willing to adopt different service-based methodologies and be flexible to adapt to change and non-standard work patterns and schedules
