MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the service desk to include but not limited to; performing communications, creating/updating and distributing daily reports, managing group mailbox, performing basic Active Directory functions under supervision from senior staff members and manage associated tickets.
- Work collaboratively, be an active team member and follow process improvement efforts within the department.
- Acquire and apply job skills along with company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
- Act with a sense of urgency to successfully complete work on time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent training/education required
- Entry level - 2 years of experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Enterprise system exposure beneficial
- Ability to follow documented handling procedures under the direction and guidance of senior staff members
This contract position is expected to be 6 months in duration.
