- Provides customer and technical support through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation, maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of technologies.
- PO evaluation and alignment.
- Provide instruction and coaching for PO treatment.
- Manage technical issues.
- Provide instruction and coaching to resolve imbalances.
- Collect and communicate data for Account Maintenance.
- Invoice Management.
- Provide instruction and coaching to resolve past due invoices.
SKILLS
Required: Great communication skills and works well with others, detailed oriented, keeps up with a fast pace. Strong knowledge of the end to end Procurement life cycle. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Business Process Analysis/Management. Able to create help desk tickets. Desired: Previous SAP experience highly preferred - specifically in PU, MM, FI, CO areas AND working in third party software environments such as IBX, Ariba, ReadSoft.
