Projektbeschreibung

Our client located in Midtown Atlanta is seeking Technical support for a variety of duties but initially for a large imaging and deployment project of laptop computers. Great team of astute technical professionals! This is an initial 6 month contract with high probability for extensions.

Specific duties include:

- Distinguish between application, operating system, network, and hardware problems.
- Resolve problems, recreate problems, troubleshoot and escalate problems as needed.
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service.
- Troubleshoot complex software problems and provide solutions.
- Service Desk Professionals will be expected to commit themselves to exceeding the customers' expectations daily.
- Provide telephone/e-mail support and or desk side support as well as possible set ups.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years' experience in the following:
- Windows XP and 7 Professional (Install, configure and trouble shoot)
- Microsoft Office 2007 Professional (Install, configure and trouble shoot)
- Image X experience to create multiply images for a large scale Windows 7 deployment, Diagnosing Hardware Problems
- Working knowledge of various printers (installation and configuration)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide problem-solving solutions over the phone and through email.
