JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is currently seeking a Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center Administrator to work in our Brussels office.
This person will be joining the IT Tools team and will be the team member focused on Service Now/Jira/HP Quality Center administration for an existing infrastructure.
The role of the Technical Specialist is threefold:
SERVICE NOW (50%)
Execute the following main tasks for the continued use of Service Now:
- Incident Management
- System Enhancements
- System Upgrades
- Creation of new workflows
- Creation of new services
- Creation of new service catalogue items
- Implementation of CMDB using Service Now built-in discovery mechanisms and BMC ADDM.
JIRA MANAGEMENT (30%)
- General management (Testing, analysis) of all elements of the JIRA workflow applications (analysis)
- Manage the offshore Jira development team and ensure the delivered work meets company requirements (project management)
- Evaluate and prioritize tasks as they relate to program delivery during weekly meetings with the Methodology and QA team
HP QUALITY CENTER (20%)
- Maintain the applications from a technical point-of-view.
- Analyze needs, propose an action plan and follow-up on implementation.
Ideally, the specialist is a bit of an all-rounder, having an in-depth knowledge of Service Now, Jira and QC.
