RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SOLUTION CENTERS ARE MADE UP OF TEAMS THAT PROVIDE REMOTE (OFFSITE) SERVICE; customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers, onsite engineering personnel and Authorized Service Providers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

BASE: Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routine assignments/tasks. Basic understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment and/or minimal problem resolution is required. Allocates own time efficiently as detailed by supervisor. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. High school education or equivalent. Up to 6 months of prior general experience, or equivalent college level Education, required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Ability to achieve appropriate Security Clearance Level (Needs to be British National)
2. Experience required in customer service
3. Analytical skills
4. Experience Using MS Word and Excel
5. Attention to detail
6. Experience of working in a helpdesk environment (Desirable)
