- A track record of successful Designer, Senior developer roles undertaken on solutions encompassing trade product platforms & payment systems
- Experience in a large commercial organization in a subject matter expert, designer/technical architect roles
- Understanding of various Risk & Regulatory programmes
- Excellent communication skills to business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to provide clarity to developers
- Ability of quick review/turnaround of work products
- Ability to understand business needs, systems limitations, provide solution to design bottlenecks
- Ability on problem solving, especially on system response
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and interpret requirements into low level specifications
- Proven experience of writing and reviewing technical high level and detailed design specifications
