Technical Solution Architect - Fluent French and GOOD Knowledge OF DUT

My Brussels based client has an urgent requirement for a Technical Solution Architect for an initial 6 month contract. The successful applicant will be responsible for translating business requirements into working ICT-systems by:
- identification of requirements
- translating and breaking down complex requirements into coherent components and proposing solutions
- enforcing the usage of standards and reference architectures within solution architectures
- controlling whether proposed solutions will function according to the requirements
- acting as prime technical responsible in large engagements during both bid and delivery phase
- giving architectural guidance to the project teams
- understanding compliance rules and regulations in finance sector

Applicants should have 10 years experience with exposure to several technology domains within a finance sector organisation and should have proven experience within a number of the following areas:
- PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard (DSS)
- Security (FW, VPN, Authentication, IPS)
- Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Data Center
- Mobility, BYOD
- Windows, Unix and/or Mainframe Systems
- Storage
- Applications
- Database (SQL, Oracle, Sybase)
- Middleware (MQ, FTP, BPM tooling, web technologies
- Voice (VoIP, Call Center), Video (Narrowcasting, IPTV)
- Knowledge of Architectural Models (Zachman, TOGAF, Archimède )

THIS IS POTENTIALLY A LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT AND APPLICANTS SHOULD BE FLUENT IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH AND HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF DUTCH.
