Technical Solution Architect - Brussels - 550 Euros per day

My client,an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a SENIOR TECHNICAL SOLUTION ARCHITECT able to speak, write and understand fluent English and French, and good knowledge of Dutch.

EDUCATION
- Security (FW, VPN, Authentication, IPS,);
- Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN);
- Data Center;
- Mobility, BYOD;
- Windows, Unix and/or Mainframe Systems;
- Storage;
- Applications;
- Database (SQL, Oracle, Sybase);
- Middleware (MQ, FTP), BPM tooling, web technologies;
- Voice (VoIP, Call Center), Video (Narrowcasting, IPTV);
- Any other not specified.

PREFERABLE:

- Knowledge of Architectural Models (Zachman, TOGAF, Archimède) would be considered a plus.

LANGUAGE:

- Fluent English and French (understanding, speaking and writing).
- Dutch: good knowledge (understanding, speaking and writing).

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:

The I

- enforcing the usage of our client's standards and reference architectures within solution architectures and contributing to the enrichment of their standards,
- controlling whether proposed solutions will function according to the requirements. Be attentive to Non Functional Requirements (availability, performance, security),
- acting as prime technical responsible in large engagements during both bid and delivery phase,
- giving architectural guidance to the project teams applying Best-in-Class industry IT Architecture guidelines, methodologies,
- striving for breadth, completeness, and correctness at the lowest level of detail,
- understanding and apply ISO 20000 processes,
- understanding compliance rules and regulations in finance sector.
