Technical Servicing Administrator opportunity based in Glasgow City Centre with a leading Retail Bank

This leading Financial Service organisation, based in Glasgow City Centre, is seeking a Technical Servicing Administrator to work within their Technical Servicing team within the Wrap Department.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your role will involve the processing of crystallisations of self-invested pension portfolios and updating the income payments. You will be answering drawdown and pension queries and updating client details to change records while ensuring the business added to the platform follows regulatory requirements. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will also be able to prioritise and demonstrate ownership of queries and follow through to successful completion.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

You will ideally come from a Pensions Administration background with experience in Drawdown/SIPP. You will have experience in the Financial Services industry and sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and client money rules along with experience in Wrap operations. Additionally, you will be educated to higher level education and a Financial Services qualification would be advantageous.
