Projektbeschreibung
Your role will involve acting as the custodian of requirements across the Projects in which they are involved, ensuring coherence and consistency; provide subject matter expertise to the Project Managers and to the System Architects; formulate use cases and support system testing. The project the Technical Requirements Analyst will be involved in is the development of an application.
The successful candidate's main responsibilities will involve:
* Through user workshops, meetings, knowledge of Armed Forces and other documented research, derive a consistent and prioritised set of URD for the project as appropriate and Document in the URD format.
* Update the URD to articulate the users' needs for the information system/application.
* Produce the SRD to fully meet the associated User Requirements and manage the trade-off process of out-of-tolerance requirements.
* Provide requirements expertise and manage the clarification process for supplier questions. This will include the derivation of business process modelling (use case models and activity diagrams) and system process modelling.
* Manage and take responsibility for the through life management of requirements throughout the conceptual and assessment phases of projects.
* Provide requirements expertise and peer review for the production all non-functional requirements.
* Assist project colleagues in the production of prototypes and example material to facilitate requirements gathering.
* Provide use cases for system testing followed by requirements expertise and peer review for the production of test plan documents in accordance with the test model.
* Develop and establish a configuration control system to effectively manage the through-life relationships between user and system requirements.
Contractor Requirements:
* Experience of requirements capture, analysis and definition - including high value programmes
* Experience of process development and documentation - including high value programmes and senior user communities.
Specific skills required are:
* Experience of at least two recognised business analysis technique (for example: soft systems and UML)
* Experience of working within a PRINCE2 environment and an understanding of the documentation required.
* An understanding ITIL V3 is desirable.
* Experience of working in Information Systems with a good technical background in Oracle and Microsoft technologies.
* Good communications, analytical and listening skills
* Meeting management and facilitation
* Capable of managing own workload.
