Technical Recruiter
Project Description:
The Recruiter will hire technical people like: Software Engineers, Developer Relations, Product Manager and User Experience. Applicants should have a strong interest in technology and a good understanding of hiring for technical positions
Your responsibility:
- Sourcing for new candidates using direct search methodology
- Generating candidates pipeline
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
Requirements:
- Experience hiring technical staff (Software Engineers etc) as an absolute must criteria
- Strong sourcing ability and organizational skills
- Demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple funons and tasks and manage work time efficiently
