-Coordination of 3rd Parties during integration phase, as IT Services and external vendors (Logistics, DMS, Print, etc.)
-Setup of monitoring tools and business reporting
-Documentation of technical and operational changes

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-General Telco experience, esp. prepaid business
-Experience in CRM and Billing systems and Customer Service processes
-Knowledge of CDRator internal processes
-Knowledge of relational databases
-Analytical skills
