Technical Project Manager - Migration Projects - Banking

Technical Project Manager urgent required for a top tier consultancy. You will be working for an end client in the banking sector, based in Brussels for at least 3 months. You speak English and French OR Dutch fluently and have experience with technical migration projects. Previous banking experience would be advantageous. 400-500 EUROS PER DAY.
The role in more detail:
DESCRIPTION:
- Plan all project-related activities tied to common services to be delivered
- Plan and provide all project-related activities tied to project management governance (clarity, QA, etc.)
- Manage daily activities of the project team
- Collaborate with the Business Project and be their main contact on a daily basis
- Participate in weekly project status meeting with other stakeholders where a global status report will be provided and reviewed
- Participate in the steering committees (and participate in their preparation) where applicable
- Manage the scope of the project team
- Contribute to risks, issues and/or change requests management as per company methods
- Manage resources rolling on and off and verify issues with the appropriate resource managers
- Ensure the timely delivery of all activities that are under the responsibility of the project
- Ensure internal quality controls to guarantee the quality of the deliverables produced. This includes:
- verifying that the produced deliverables comply with the requirements
- verifying that for all deliverables, the methodology and guidelines are applied where applicable
- Collect approval and validation for work delivered by the project team
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- You are a highly experienced project manager and have experience with technical migration projects (at least 5 years)
- Preferably you have knowledge of banking Infrastructure based upon previous recent work within the Infrastructure environment
- You are familiar with typical banking governance (Prince 2, Clarity )
- You speak English and French or Dutch fluently

- You are an assertive communicator and you can convey concepts and information in a clear, structured and diplomatic manner
