TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - MOBILITY, needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Client located in the Bay Area, California

- Familiarity with mobile applications is strongly needed; familiarity in implementing vendor hosted solutions
- Excellent communication skills; good meeting facilitation skills. Must be able to bring a diverse group to consensus. The PMO strives to document as much as needed but no more. Concise and precise communication is a must
- Attention to detail, and the ability to understand, confirm and articulate complex requirements and dependencies in project and vendor documentation.
- Vendor management: manage scope, determine rollout/phases, act as the single point of contact for all project activities
- Ability to manage project budget
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple involved parties
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects within a highly-matrixed organization
- Must be able to roll up their sleeve and get involved in the detailed project work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is for a contract Technical Project Manager. This individual will provide project management for Digital Channels project that will involve mobile application development and implementation. Outside vendors are key partners in providing products to clients.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

- Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills; the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments; consensus building and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to clearly define and present ideas, and effectively communicate across organizations and vendors

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide project management for Digital Channels project that will involve mobile application development and implementation.
- Work with Outside vendors which are key partners in providing products to clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

- Requires a minimum of five+ years background in Project Management
- Experience in implementing projects in a corporate environment is a must have
- Requires in-depth knowledge of project management best practices and experience using MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint and other related software products
- Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills; the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments; consensus building and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to clearly define and present ideas, and effectively communicate across organizations and vendors

- Familiarity with ARCHER IS A PLUS; familiarity in implementing vendor hosted solutions is a major plus
- Familiarity with working on DIGITAL CHANNELS enterprise projects in technology group is strongly needed; familiarity in implementing vendor hosted solutions
- Familiarity with MOBILE APPLICATIONS is strongly needed; familiarity in implementing vendor hosted solutions
- Familiarity with ONLINE PAYMENTS (EG ACH TRANSACTIONS) is strongly needed; familiarity in implementing vendor hosted solutions (eg Fiserv) is a major plus.
