Currently we re looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to support global design and development activities in the area of Structural Packaging. This candidate will be working in support of several Technical Program Managers. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in technical aspects of Development as well as experience working with worldwide virtual teams. Success in this role will result in offering our partners enhanced technical project development services.

STRUCTURAL PACKAGING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Specification creation, release and audits
- Environmental reporting
- Logistics analysis
- Sample coordination
- COGS management
- Working with Partner Teams
- Working with Sourcing
- Working with regional Mfg Vendors
- Transit and Performance Testing and coordination activities
- Performing DFA, EV, DV and PV support

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years of related Package Engineering development experience in consumer goods
- Proven capabilities to effectively organize, plan and manage your activities and deliverables against aggressive timelines
- Ability to support several Program Managers with a variety of projects, working in a global virtual team environment
- Effective report writing skills (ex: author and present Test and audit results)
- Competencies in CAD
- Developed teamwork and collaboration skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail and process-oriented
