Technical Project Manager

Single Point of contact on end to end management of assigned projects, completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects.
- Mentors team members who are less technically savvy on how to manage the various issues on technical projects.
- Runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
- Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy.
- Conducts project status meetings, project reporting, and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies.
- Collaborates across multiple functions to ensure adherences to quality standards, internal processes, reviews project deliverables.
- Drives to required project results - identifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
- Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations, markets and outside suppliers/vendors.
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
- Communication with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors and executive leadership.

SKILLS:

Expert experience in Ericsson cell site deployment is required, specifically Ericsson UMTS Base Station

- Expert experience in Cell Site Deployment Troubleshooting is required
- Expert experience in Wireless Cell Site Network Design required
- Expert experience in analysing issues & providing solutions is required
- Must be able to Mentor less Technically experienced team members.
- Must have strong technical experience.
