Project Manager for implementation of an enterprise marketing resource management solution.

The solution will leverage existing Aprimo modules to support Marketing Communications operations and collateral creation processes.

The project manager will work alongside and support the technical requirements leader for the solution.

Primary duties include:

- Project planning, tracking, and task management across customers and development staff.
- Requirements gathering, consolidation, and clarification with multiple business customers, in coordination with the technical requirements leader.
- Creating and managing project documents, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Some QA and Training responsibilities, as needed. 
- Experience in Aprimo implementations or other resource or capacity management workflows and configuration highly desirable. Experience with creative production processes a strong plus. 

General duties: 

- Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables.
- Creates and reports project status to senior management.
- Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
- Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources.
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

Experience Level:

- BA or BS strongly preferred,
- PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable;
- Minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience.
