Technical Project Coordinator (f/m)

For our customer in Munich, Germany we are currently searching for a Technical Project Coordinator(f/m)

PROJECT START: 01.01.15

PROJECT DURATION: 6 Months+

LOCATION: Munich

PROJECT GOALS:

-Our client processes official documents, systems and services for customer projects worldwide. These projects consist of documents, personalisation machines, data enrolment and issuance of workstations, border control stations, centralised and de-centralised data storage and -processing systems incl. networks and back end systems. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide technical documentation according to common standards & processes
- Commitment for all systems - hardware and software plans, as well as evaluation and selection of all technologies required to complete those plans
- Installation of both hardware and software during the setup of the designed systems during the execution of the project
- Technical management for Government Solutions Customer Projects according to regulations
- Stage related technical project planning
- Leadership for the internal and external technical project teams (w/ suppliers)
- Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications (functional spec, technical spec)
- Lead for Tests and Milestones: (Early acceptance tests (EAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), factory acceptance Tests (SAT))
-Technical project reporting

SKILLS:

- Technical university degree or similar
- More than 5 years of system architecture experience in international projects
- Certifications (PMI, Oracle, Microsoft, Linux, IBM and other related SW & HW products)
- Extensive experience in IT administration field providing the ability to design, develop and implement efficient systems, including definition of core system functions, network and telecommunication
- Technical leadership across the organisation, from strategic decision making to project planning and execution
- English and German are absolutely essential with a 3rd language being advantageous
