Technical Programme Manager retail Bank NW England I am seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a large, geographically diverse, technical complex IT development & test function within this large retail banking giant based in Halifax As a result of some very impressive growth throughout 2012 into 2013, they are hiring for this very senior Team Manager/ Technical Programme Manager to take responsibility and accountability for the delivery of projects and programmes within the multi billion pound division of the Bank. This is a permenent role based in the North West. It has a permenent salary, but there is no official salary bracket on the role as this is at such a senior level You will be using your relationship management skills to work with the stakeholders groups between IT and the business, take the business strategic plans and turn them into a clear vision, and then provide the capacity route map to deliver this.
