For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Technical PMO
Scope of work: - Tracking the project tasks for PM and 4 team leaders
- Tracking the project progress
- Maintain task log for the project
- documentations incl. meeting minutes
- Organize meetings and workshops
- Create presentations and documents for workshops and meeting for PM and team leaders
- Assist in compilation of monthly reports
- Assist Project in administrating/managing the project
Skills:
- Create presentations and documents for workshops and meeting for PM and team leaders
- Ensure project documentations incl. meeting minutes (3-5 years)
- Structured way of working (5+ years)
- Technical background (3-5 years)
- University degree and 3+ years of working experience in IT project
- English and German must be fluent
