Job Title: Technical Operations Technician
Location: 1 Whitehall Quay, Leeds
Contract Length: 86 working days, no option to extend
Essential Experience:
ITIL based technical issue resolution of incidents in a Live environment.
Basic knowledge of either Ubuntu and/or Centos operating systems.
Use of a Service Management workflow tool.
Basic understanding and knowledge of messaging principles.
Understanding of how to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Desirable Experience: For one candidate to stand out above another, they need to have experience of working in a 24/7 shift pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off.
