Technical Operations Specialist

We're looking for a self-driven, well rounded candidate for a TECHNICAL OPERATIONS position in a very fast-moving advertising environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Test and troubleshoot new ad products and campaigns.
- Verify proper ad functionality for Mobile Rich Media campaigns (Android, iPad and iPhone), Mac client campaigns and new products and templates that come available.
- Put together test plans and processes for campaign deployment for new and existing products. This may include documentation on trafficking requirements for the field.
- Assist the field in technical questions regarding ads for the whole product line.
- Work with internal QE team on ad related technical escalations.
- Assist internal QE team on setting up test environments. This will include setting up campaigns using multiple ad Servers.
- Run A/B testing on new and existing ad products
- Assist in the occasional ad trafficking and discrepancy analysis as needed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 2-4 years of experience in ad operations in both mobile and display products
- 2-4 years of experience testing and troubleshooting ad products and campaigns including: Rich media, mobile and video
- Experience with display ad Servers such as DFP, DFA, 24/7, AdTech, Atlas
- Experience working closely with engineers on assisting with ad related issues
- Strong technical skills (HTML/JavaScript preferred)
- Experience working with debugging tools such as Fiddler, Firebug and Charles
- Previous experience working in new growing divisions (start-up experience desired)
- Very detail oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-starter

This is a 10 month contract position.
