Our central governement client required 2 Technical officers to be based on site in Coningsby.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
Duties The PTO(M&E) or Technical Officer, working within the DCREs on the MOBs, supports the RE Facility Manager (Officer Commanding DCRE) delivering the full spectrum of Estates Management to the RAF.

The delivery mechanism is through a Single Responsible Contractor. The DCRE is responsible for the delivery and assurance of the contracted service, providing technical support and advice to the Head of Establishment.

Responsibilities:
Site planning Response Maintenance Pre Planned Maintenance Minor New Works Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Management Statutory & Mandatory Compliance. Safe Systems of Work Production of Statement of Need Working with Schedule of Rates Project Cost Estimating Compliance with Building Regulations/Standards Essential Competences Analysing and Using Evidence Programme and Project Management Building Fabric Maintenance Estate Management IT A Comprehensive Knowledge Of Mechanical & Electrical Building Works.
