Technical Marketing Engineer

The TECHNICAL MARKETING ENGINEER will aid and assist Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the use and consumption of the client's cloud services platform. In addition, s/he will provide technical support for developers to create and release applications. Candidate will be supporting C#, Java, HTML5, etc. Additional responsibilities will include sustaining an ongoing developer knowledge base, documentation and tools designed to allow developers to be self sufficient

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor Salesforce ticket queues, forums and email for developer support requests.
- Respond to developer requests with support, escalating to internal engineering teams when necessary.
- Update knowledge base and self-help tools with knowledge gleaned from escalations.
- Develop small sample apps used as examples for developers.
