IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Devise and implement effective maintenance regimes in complex production equipment and associated fixed infrastructure which ensures that company production targets can be met in a cost-effective manner
-Finish the automation of all machine components and reduce the machine downtime rate significantly
-Lead an in-house maintenance team of 11 people
-Develop local suppliers to be able to support our day-to-day operations and continue a cooperative collaboration with the main suppliers of the existing equipment, mostly from Germany
-Create a design to refurbish or replace identified machines together with suppliers and implement those machines into the whole production equipment
-Supply an effective and responsive fault finding and monitoring system of the whole production equipment
-Source specialist external support services and manage all aspects of contractor performance
-Identify opportunities for cost savings and other improvements and provide effective and informed input to company plans
-Organize a regular training together with the production manager for the general operatives in order to reduce operating errors

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in the maintenance of advanced manufacturing plants
-A highly competent graduate electrical or mechanical engineer
