Technical Manager

Reporting directly to the chief engineer this is a key role within the business with opportunity for further progression. Requirements include: - A good people manager able to lead a team of 15 and to offer technical support to the wider engineering division - A mechanical engineering degree - Experience with complex products of a similar scale, vehicle experience would be beneficial but is not essential. - Able to read engineering drawings to ensure their accuracy - Six sigma and lean experience - highly beneficial - Any project management or testing experience would be a plus - A self starter who works with initiative.
