My global blue chip is upgrading from Windows 2003 to 2012 and require a technical lead to facilitate a smooth transition.
The technical lead will be charged with defining the requirements for the implementation, and will have experience of a similar Windows migration, ideally on a global scale.Required skills:
- In depth knowledge of Windows Servers
- Windows migration experience
- Virtualisation experience eg VMware or Citrix
- Global projects experience
- Infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP
- Active Directory
- Business continuity eg Disaster Recovery, High availability
- Site Replication
- Excellent Comms and good documentation skills
- Desktop Back End environments eg MDS, File and Print etc
