Technical Lead - Data Cleaning (m/w/d)

For a data clearing project one of our customers is currently looking for a Technical Lead.

The deployment will be 2 - 3 days on site and 2 - 3 days remote.

Your duties include:
+ Coordinating the development team, deriving tasks and communicating with various stakeholders
+ Create and align technical specification, review qualification documentation and contribute to technical related documents like risk assessment and data privacy
+ Derive a detailed implementation plan
+ Match technical feasibility and business requirements
+ Coordinate technically the implementation
+ Documentation according to defined standards and regulatory needs.

+ Strong experience (3+ years), working within a pharmacovigilance IT environment, and an understanding of the related processes and artefacts, including ICSR & PSR Reporting, Signal Management, Safety Data Exchange Agreements Management.
+ Strong software engineering experience (3 years+) and technical experience with Multi-Tenant, Multi-user, Cloud based applications and architecture (e.g. AWS and Kubernetes), related to terabyte scale database environments ArisGlobal lifesphere safety multi vigilance (LSMV) 10.X cloud platform
+ Proven knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket or comparable tools
+ Proven experience to create technical specification documents (User Requirements, Functional Specification, Interface Specification, ER-Diagrams, UML etc.) based on business and data engineering input
+ Sound understanding regarding the application of automation and machine learning approaches to pharmacovigilance processes and related regulatory constraints is a must
+ Prior experience working within a validated and qualified systems environment
+ Ability to identify appropriate risks attributed to the technical delivery and develop appropriate mitigation measures
+ Understanding of technical delivery tasks, dependencies and order of execution
+ Know-how and experience with agile methodology and design thinking
