Technical Lead - Biztalk .Net

We are looking for a BizTalk technical Lead to join a high profile organisation. You will be both consulting and delivering projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical architecture and delivery. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and you will be developing leading edge solutions to a range of companies both local and abroad

To be considered for this role the key skills and responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrated experience with BizTalk and relevant projects
- Experience with .NET framework, design and development
- Strong analysis/design skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work closely with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of SDLC
- A familiarity with agile methodologies is also advantageous.

You will also be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and mentoring others
- Resource management
- Performance management
- Budget management
- Conducting code reviews
- Reporting on the status of activities against delivery targets.
- Understanding system requirements and ensuring solution design aligns with solution architecture
- Estimating, scheduling and resource planning of projects
