JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL LEAD/ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - SAP BODI
LOCATION: MEDFORD, OR
DURATION:12 MONTHS +
EXPERIENCE RANGE: 6YEARS TO 9 YEARS ETL DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE

3-4 Years of experience on SAP Data Services (Business Objects Data Integrator) with overall experience of 6-9 years as an ETL Designer and Architect work with Business Analyst to understand requirements, complete source system study, identify gaps, finalize implementation scope
Extensive experience in ETL Mapping design, Data load strategy. and Defining the technical architecture/Design of ETL Frameworks/Best Practices. Rich experience and good understanding of the SAP BODI Designer, Projects, Transformations, Data flow and Workflow and Job Server components
Experience in creating and Managing the data services
Repository and batch process
Experience with SAP data Services Metadata Manager
Exposure to SAP Postal soft suite and customer
Data profiling, cleansing and Validation is preferable
Exposure to SAP BODI Administration & Installation is Desirable.
Experience/Exposure to Real Time ETL/Mini Batch processing using BODI is desirable

PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING
Good knowledge on BODI Job & System Performance tuning
Deep knowledge of BODI Architecture
Experience in Replication and Migration of various BODI Objects between BODI Servers

DATA WAREHOUSING CONCEPTS
Experience with building datamarts, knowledge of data warehousing and Business Intelligence 3NF design, Dimensional modelling, Star and Snowflake schema, OLAP processing for both Data Marts and Data Warehouses
Experience in ETL operations

SOFT SKILLS
Strong team player with effective communication, relationship management and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, passionate, multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the writing of detailed technical documentation, specifically business and data flow specifications
Experience to lead a team

Desirable
Experience in SSIS, PL/SQL and SQL Server.

ADDITIONAL ONSITE SKILLS
Co-ordination with off-shore team
Client communication
