Technical Lead

Duties:

The Technical Lead shall lead the analysis, design, development, installation and system
transition on to the NCI
The Technical Lead shall lead the Subscribers Migration and support to OpEval activities,
directing the Engineers (and any On-site Support Engineers or deployed Engineers) accordingly.
The Technical Lead shall ensure that the technical Configuration Management is applied in
accordance

Essential Skills and Experience:

The Skills of Technical Lead shall be in line with the following skill sets with minimum proven 5 years of experience in similar effort:

Systems development management:

o Experience with systems development projects which support the organisation's objectives and plans.
o Experience in ensuring that management is both aware of and able to provide the required resources, and that available resources are properly utilised and accounted for.
o Experience in monitoring and reporting on the progress of systems development projects, using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures.

Data Analysis:
o Experience in setting standards for data analysis tools and techniques, advizing on their
application, and ensuring compliance.
o Experience with investigation of corporate data requirements, and co-ordinating the application of data analysis and Datamodelling techniques, based upon a detailed understanding of the corporate information requirements, in order to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components (entity descriptions, relationship descriptions, attribute definitions)

Network Design:
o Experience of network specification and design within the organisation.
o Experience in producing network design policies, philosophies and criteria covering connectivity, capacity, interfacing, security, resilience, recovery, access and remote access.

Safety Engineering:
o Experience in hazard analysis and risk assessment, safety-related system architectural design, safety assurance planning and compliance and safety case preparation on systems up to the highest safety integrity levels.
o Experience with safety-related aspects of multiple complex or high safety integrity level projects, providing effective leadership to team members.
