TECHNICAL LEAD

SKILLS: Java, J2EE, HTML5, jQuery, C#

SUMMARY:
Our client is the world's largest home improvement specialty retailer, with more than 2,200 retail stores in the United States (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the territory of Guam), Canada and Mexico.

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work on both of the highest priority projects in the company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interacting with Business team, Vendors and Merchants for understanding the entire end to end business requirements.
- Responsible for developing and delivering System Architecture Document, Functional Design Document & Business Requirements Documents.
- Responsible for creating the UML diagrams
- Responsible for researching and designing the database tables, data model diagrams.
- Responsible for working with DBAs for table creation and frameworks
- Interacting with User Experience Team and Application Developers to define scope and effort estimates, establish actionable tasks and projects, set priorities, and plan regular releases.
- Interacting with Backend team and understanding the architecture for designing the web services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5-7 years of Java development 
- Previous team lead experience
- Minimum BS or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, key clients and other stakeholders
