Technical Lead

We are looking for a technical lead

Skills:
- worked on FXMM/Front Office market applications as a Technical Lead (hands-on)
- implementation experience of Agile
- makes design decisions based on the given functional and non functional requirements
- Enterprise Architectur design patterns, good to jave Rational Rose
- J2EE and Java based frameworks (JMS, EJB, JUNIT, Spring, Hibernate, SVN log4j, XML-XSD-JAXB, XSLT.Oracle/Sybase
- Application and/or web Servers (JBoss, Apache Tomcat)
- Understanding of various tools (Clearcase, SVN)
- should have worked on flavors of Unix/Linux and Unix Scripting
- fluent in messaging architecture usage: MQ, JMS etc
- should be good in enterprise application best practises
- should have good understanding of the SDLC cycle

Job:
- write technical requirements, technical design and do other steps of SDLC as per process
- application component understanding and interaction/interface analysis
- layering of business logic and business services for application
- feasibility of design proposal, trade-off and it's impact on application and platform architecture
- mentoring of team members on application design/code review
- carry out code fix for mission critical front and Middle Office applications with the agreed timelines
- interface with offshore team and Support team in at downstream for any code change done
- work in a Agile environment of the bank
- work closely with application manager to close critical issues
- provide technology neutral solution (analysis) as well as technology specific solutions
- ensure coding review and refactoring across key applications, including code optimization and performance
