Senior Technical Lead

Architecture, design and implementation of JEE based applications
Technical and development leadership over team that is focused on delivering customer products, taking products from conception to market quality
Mentorship over teams for the implementation of Agile development processes and bring up junior engineers knowledge and coding techniques to World class developers.
Design and review of software systems and components (UML)
Design and implementation of web-based and thick client user interfaces
Support testing and operations by QA, operations and other departments as need be
Full responsibility for the delivery of product or product feature to a World class standard

What we're looking for:

At least 8 years Java/JEE development experience
Strong architecture and design experience using UML for modelling
Experience in highly transactional multi-user systems
Strong systems analysis skills. Transform requirements using structured techniques to create solution architectures and functional/technical specs.
Strong database design and implementation experience
Experience of working within an agile development framework - SCRUM
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent mentorship skills
Working knowledge of UNIX
Mobile development experience on Android/iPhone would be great.
Eligibility to live and work in Ireland
Previous technical leadership experience essential

Technology Stack
