Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Instructional Designer for training, communications and SharePoint sites work on Corporate Tool and Process Readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitation of content from multiple stakeholders into monthly newsletters
- Social media moderation
- SharePoint design, upkeep and editing
- Creating and analysing surveys
- Training analysis and design
- Work with SMEs to develop readiness for Corp BI Tools and Processes
- Edit training courses
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SharePoint design and maintenance (no coding required)
- Project Management
- High level of communication skills
- Readiness/Change Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Agility
- Microsoft experience preferred
- Finance experience preferred
