Job Description
The successful candidate will be an experienced Landesk support technician who is capable of managing a large Landesk implementation. You will be required to implement and support Landesk at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large Landesk implementation
- Experience upgrading to LAN version 9
- Implementation and support of Landesk at enterprise level
- Ensure that delivery and technical support of the Landesk toolset meet agreed SLA's
- Extensive knowledge of installing and managing a large Landesk estate
- Provide level 2/3 support (Incident & problem) management
Key Skills
- Landesk v9
- SCCM
- Understanding of patch management solutions and concepts
- Perl and Shell Scripting, UNIX and Windows OS
