Technical Genesys Integration Expert wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 10+ years' working experience in Technical Engineering
- Proficiency in Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge
- Integration experience of Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
- Excellent analytical, communicational, synthesising and problem-solving skills
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Acting as a neutral technical instance to review setups
- Verifying setups besides the IT department, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendors
- Ensuring a uncommitted view of the current and target set up for Multichannel Contacts
- Supporting the reduction of knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor
START: ASAP
