TECHNICAL FIELD SERVICES ( IT SUPPORTER )

Our client, a big International company, is looking for several IT Supporters 1st and 2nd Level for a contract role based in Luzern.

TASKS:

. Provide Level 2nd- 3rd level application support services like Access provisioning, Data extraction, Data feed management, Application Health Check, Application monitoring, release support, etc.

. Receive, Capture, Prioritize and Resolve User Support Request and Incidents from various channels like Chat, email, phone, web tickets and provide resolution to known issues based on documented Knowledge Articles and Business/Application Knowledge.

. Coordinate with Level 2 - 3 application support team for escalations and resolutions

. Identify opportunities for Automation of manual and/or repetitive tasks and develop automation scripts as required

. Drive continuous improvement in operations through knowledge management, automation and problem management

Skills and Experience:

. 2-4 Years of IT Experience with Level 1 or Level 2 IT Application support experience

. Experience with Active Directory NTFS, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2010, SQL Server

. Windows NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7 Windows Server 2000 - 2008

. Microsoft Office 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007.

. RSA Security. Remedy and Clarify CRM. IP VPN (voice and video

. LAN access, E-BURO (corp. desktop and laptop images build).

. Fluent German and English required

. Good problem-solving abilities

. Window migration a plus

. ITIL qualifications

. Be able to work independently within competence area.

. Delivers to expected levels for time, quality, scope and financial forecast
