THE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:

Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills you'll contact potential clients then find the best candidates to meet the client's needs. You will manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you'll use your powers to negotiate to close the best deal for all parties. Salt are doing exceptionally well, all new consultants would be walking into hot desks- with roles/accounts ready to work.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

- Previous recruitment experience (1-2 years)
- Passion for digital
- Evidence of success within education, work or extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Naturally competitive with a REAL drive to succeed
