JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Rep for a 3 month contract position in Orlando, FL

SKILLS:

- Intermediate Excel--most work is done in Excel and candidates will need to have intermediate proficiency and be able to work independently in the program.
- Manufacturing environment strongly preferred to provide a basis of operational understanding.

3-5 years customer service experience required. Account management skills are a plus and would be preferred over call-center experience. - Insurance or financial customer service experience may not align well with the requirements as this position requires technical aptitude and full-cycle troubleshooting.
- Strong technical aptitude required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with learning about and discussing machinery.
- Must possess strong communication skills as this person could be troubleshooting machinery with end users. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency are a must in this department.
- Excellent phone etiquette is also required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide customer service information and ensure the best technical service possible
- Answers customer's technical questions concerning packaging machinery
- Receive and process parts orders for packaging machinery
- Schedule and coordinate Service Technicians
- Service billing
