Technical Consultant/Expert - Thales/Juniper/Cisco
Location: on-site at customer location, in Brussels
Daily Rate: Negotiable
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 months (with extensions)
Language requirements: English mandatory (French/Dutch "nice-to-have")

Requirement Specification:
Technical expert on Thales/Juniper/Cisco that can perform all the technical tasks mentioned below, especially the TAC3 of third level technical support:

* Manage Thales Encryption
* Bring up new sites, decommission sites
* Ensure correct monitoring by EEAS Service Desk
* Provide TAC3 support for fault management and liaise with supplier when needed
* Perform Capacity Management, Device Management and Software Release Management
* Manage Juniper Firewall
* Bring up new sites, decommission sites
* Ensure correct monitoring by EEAS Service Desk
* Provide TAC3 support for fault management and liaise with supplier when needed
* Apply security rules of EEAS for FW and IDS
* Implement flexible switching on FW level (?)
* Perform Capacity Management, Device Management and Software Release Management
* Manage CISCO WAAS
* Bring up new sites, decommission sites
* Ensure correct monitoring by EEAS Service Desk (including monitoring of the acceleration)
* Provide TAC3 support for fault management and liaise with supplier when needed
* Perform Capacity Management, Device Management and Software Release Management
* Manage Compuware Application Performance Monitoring
* Bring up new sites, decommission sites
* Proactively manage the network on application level by reviewing the APM monitoring
* Provide TAC3 support for fault management and liaise with supplier when needed
* Perform Capacity Management, Device Management and Software Release Management
anguages: English mandatory (French and Dutch nice to have)
