Experience in Telco domain.
MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on FMS suite.
PL/SQL.

Functional Application maintenance of Fraud Management System
Scope/Responsibility:
Incident Management
Operations Support Management
Change Management
Enhancement Management
Vendor Management (from a Managed Service Partner (MSP) perspective)
Overall responsibility of the entire team & performance
Deliverables:
Meet the KPI & SLA with the incident and application availability/performance
