- Project management (OS roll out, software deployment)
- Write user guide and installation process (Software, Internal Software)
- Study and validate new products: hardware and software
- Listen needs of user and team of Workstation/purpose solutions/testing/automate the deployment of solutions
- Technology watch: mobility, security, master, virtualization
- Develop/Script: VBS, VBNET, Shell, XML, AutoIT
- Deployment: SCCM 2012
- Packaging: Wise, Admin Studio, ghost Builder
- Administration Citrix, VPN SSL

RESPONSIBILITY:

Works with engagement to provide support, advice and guidance on the correct delivery of the services/products/technology solution. Designs, develops and implements solutions by using standard methods and tools.

On the basis of request given by Client, build a Master for technicians to download the common software environment validated by the Client.

ALSO PERFORMS THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

- Building of software deployment packages
- Technical study to allow the Client to choose the new models of Equipment to be integrated into their Catalog
- Study, test and impact analysis of the integration of a new software product in the master
- Produce documentation: installation guide, technical documents, end user guide,
- Management of incident related to Client master
- Maintenance of the Catalog validated by Client.
- Works within an engagement team and performs well-defined tasks. Uses defined procedures to configure, test and debug software. Investigates, analyzes and resolves routine problems on software products.
