About the Technical Collaboration, AV and Communications Executive (AV, Audio Visual, Engineer, Technician, Video Conferencing) role:

Every day, our head office holds a wide range of conferences, meetings and events to enable us to achieve great things and you'll be instrumental in ensuring these run smoothly across different time zones. If you enjoy working in a lively, busy environment undergoing internal transformation, and want to help people collaborate and work together seamlessly using technology, then come and join our movement.

About you:

You'll ideally already be working in a similar role where customer focus and efficiency are essential to what you do. You'll have a wealth of technical knowledge that will help people understand how they can get the best from our collaboration platforms and use the right tools for the job.
Expertise in video conferencing platforms is essential and an appreciation of how technology can transform working practices is needed. Ideally you'll have been part of organisational change programmes before and not be afraid to help us continue to improve our conferencing services.
