Technical Coaching Practitioner/Technical Coach - mentoring and training new entrants into the MOD CAAS team to provide output assurance and have expert cost forecasting experience in the ISS/ISTAR sector, however, expertise in the Strategic Weapons/Land, Maritime, or Air will be acceptable.  

- Deliver functional on the shoulder support and guidance to Cost forecasting staff in the delivery of direct outputs Moderation of development logbooks to provide consistent view of functional staff progression and training needs.
- Review and evaluation of relevant Cost Forecasting reference material processes, procedures and technical guidance and provide a set of processes to supporting the benchmarking and progression of staff through targeted APE progression.
- Specifically: 3rd Party Ensurance Delivery of monthly Training & Development Demand Plans (based on logbook outcomes) agreed with CRM and HoP Section Leaders.
- Weekly submission of time logs recording staff engagement. Review and evaluation of relevant Cost Forecasting reference material processes, procedures and technical guidance and provide a set of processes to supporting the benchmarking and progression of staff through targeted APE progression.
