Technical Co-ordinator - SC Cleared - London

Square One are looking for an SC Cleared Technical coordinator to come on board for a 3 month rolling contract based in London paying market rates.

Key Responsibilities
support and liaison on behalf of MoD Integrated Project Team (IPT)
Liaise with the Project Support Desk for the planning of equipment rotation in agreement with the MoD Equipment Project Manager (EPM) and IPT
Monitor and update the DII OpDef Data Management System (ODMS) and communicating information to the MoD EPM and IPT
Monitor and update the Surface Ships Definition Database (SSDD) for S2022s and drafting responses on behalf of the MoD EPM
Conduct rotation activities on behalf of the MoD EPM
Generation and distribution of Contractor Involvement Forms (CIF)
Distribution of On/Off Load Letters
Distribution of Sea Acceptance Trial (SAT) Trial Orders
Liaise with the MCTA Planning Officer to attend Installation Inspections (II) and Harbour Acceptance Trials (HAT)
Administration of planned maintenance schedules and identification of system maintenance requirements using company defect data systems
Administration of system maintenance documents and incorporation of maintenance information onto the Royal Navy UMMS system
Liaise with Naval Stores and Logistics to ensure delivery and return of equipment to and from platforms on deployed operations overseas
Production of the Monthly Report incorporating;
Maintenance of equipment disposition
Monitor and collate system performance data for Key Performance Indication (KPI)

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Tenacious, self-reliant and a natural team player that has the confidence to work alone and under pressure in a customer environment when required
Minimum HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Excellent communication, customer relationship and organisational skills
MoD Defence Information Infrastructure (DII)
Full UK Driving Licence due to occasional UK travel

This is a 3 month contract role based in London paying market rates. SC Clearance to MOD level is necessary for this role however they may consider candidates without if they require the correct experience.

Notwithstanding any guidelines given to years of experience sought, we will consider candidates from outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
