A Technical Co-ordinator/Administrator is required to undertake a 6 month contract vacancy on-site in Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria.

Responsibilities

Manage and support the delivery of additional resource inline with customer demand
Co-ordinating technical data by prioritising, producing and maintaining documentation and other correspondence. Providing support to the Resourcing team with daily tasks relating to all aspects of recruitment, ensuring documentation and information is accurately maintained and inline with existing processes.
Use of designed management systems to analyse, manipulate, summarise and extract data, whilst ensuring data is safely recorded and stored.
Develop and manage customer and candidate expectations and relationships.

The Individual

Resilience, self motivation and ability to work under pressure
NVQ 3 in Business Administration preferred
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Packages and relevant applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Understanding of the Data Protection Act and its application in a HR/Recruitment environment
Strong team player with the ability to work under own initiative
