Technical Change Manager

In this role, you will lead, develop, communicate, maintain, and enforce the technical change management processes for a large ICT program. You're the driving force that defines and develops tools and activities that support project and operational control objectives. You are the pivotal point to technical change control between the project, other agencies and other vendors.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and coordinating technical change activities of both, project and operational ICT infrastructure
- Designing and documenting the technical change management approach to support the project life cycle and operationally within ITIL guidelines
- Providing strategic direction and leadership for all technical change activities within the project
- Maintaining effective relationships with and between key internal and external
- Providing key input into program activity planning and resource scheduling with a focus on interoperability between other key project units

As the successful applicant, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in technical change management, ITIL and preferably a great level of experience within the health care sector
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Outstanding negotiation team building & leadership skills
